ts Machine Body is fabricated from structural steel and precisely machined. This Machine is suitable for cutting online hot billets up to 160mm x 160mm through Hydraulic Cylinder.

It is Specially designed for Continuous Casting Machine in Steel plants. It is used to cut the hot billets. Horizontal in construction and traveling along with the hot billet at a caster speed for accurate shearing. It brings a reduction in overall operating cost such as Oxygen Gas, LPG Gas, Material cutting loss & Labour. This machine is suitable for Continuous Casting Machine 3/6, 4/7 & 6/11 radius, to cut the billet sizes of 100 x 100 mm to 160 x 160 mm in 900°C.
