the products manufactured by metallic auto liners are grouped into sleeves and liners. Both these products have different applications depending upon the engine design. Metallic auto liners manufactures more than 100 types of sleeves and wet liners, with wall thicknesses of 1 mm to 4 mm and 5 mm to 15mm respectively, and with lengths from 125mm to 320mm. Metallic auto liners has a full-fledged set-up to supply castings and proof casting liners and sleeves.
we produce large quantities of semi-finished as well as finished cylinder liners and sleeves to cater to the needs of various users in local and export markets. Additionally, customized liners and sleeves are manufactured in compliance with the clients’ requirement.

Company Description :

Metallic Auto Liners' determination to grow at a rapid pace is unquestionable. When the company started operations in 1979, the casting capacity was only 50 tonnes. With the introduction of the induction channel type, the capacity increased to 150 tonnes. Now, by using US-based company Inductotherm's medium-frequency double-track induction furnace, Metallic Auto Liners has increased its melting capacity to nearly 400 tons. The three-shift coating production capacity reaches a maximum of 2,250 units per day. The credit for this is largely due to the expansion and upgradation of the company workshop with world class machinery along with quality inspections to ensure excellence in standards meeting customer specifications.
